Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and architects to design scalable Salesforce implementations.
• Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation.
• Support Salesforce configuration, testing, and UAT activities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification preferred.
