Job Description:
As a Salesforce Architect with 6-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and aligns with best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Led the design of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of our healthcare clients.
- Define the technical architecture for Salesforce implementations, including data models, integrations, security, and other technical aspects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and industry trends, and apply them to enhance our Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and release notes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on healthcare industry solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and technologies, such as Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
