Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Analytics (Tableau) Specialist with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports using Tableau CRM and Tableau Desktop/Server. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce data structures, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into insightful visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Salesforce Analytics and Tableau.
• Integrate Salesforce data with Tableau for business performance analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable analytics solutions.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within Salesforce and Tableau environments.
• Support end-users with analytics tools and provide training/documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Analytics and Tableau Desktop/Server.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL, and data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, ETL tools).
• Proficient in data visualization best practices and dashboard storytelling.
• Experience with SQL, data preparation, and report automation.
• Salesforce and/or Tableau certifications preferred.
