Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Support the preparation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Support solution validation, UAT coordination, and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and client use.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Ability to document processes and requirements clearly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to learn business processes and consulting frameworks.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
• Exposure to business analysis concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall).
• Basic understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or any BI tools.
• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or consulting.
• Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
