Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or internal trackers.
• Share regular recruitment status updates and reports with the team.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and job postings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
